The name for this piece is an anagram of ‘Office’. I used office machinery noises to make this piece whilst studying undergraduate.
I used Dr T Notator, mostly inputing the notes in a midi event list , which then played the Akai sampler.
I took the recordings in an office in Edinburgh.. less obvious sounds to us now… a dot matrix printer, a photocopier, the hard drive room (kept in it’s own soundproof room!)
