Craniosacral Biodynamics works with the concept of lifeforce expressed as Long Tide, the energy field in which we all dwell, unawares. The aim of this journey is to bring everybody into an entrained awareness of that shared energy field.

Howard has been working as a Body Oriented Therapist since 1992 specialising in Craniosacral Biodynamics. He has demonstrated, through the use of electroencephalogram (EEG), the power of craniosacral biodynamics to rapidly drop people out of an aroused beta state into deep peace.

Georgina has been working with live voice and electronics since 2003. She has performed extensively in London and has toured to USA, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Much of Georgina’s work is non-verbal. Non-verbal vocals naturally evoke a meditative state due to the lack of language which allows the linguistic centre of the brain to rest. Coupled with quadraphonic technology, the spatial element deepens the meditative immersion.
