Very happy to be performing again at this beautiful and resonant Church in Nottinghamshire. This time a set of purely carol based music. I can’t say you will always recognise the tunes. However all the material comes from carols i have chosen to focus on in the last few months. The idea is to present the feelings of the carols and to let your own remembrance of them come to you with the words in your own head.. What do they mean to you personally. By giving the songs space and time and a sense of meditative concentration sometimes the meanings appear to us in more light than if the songs were sung fleetingly, in the context of a service…
